Entry to the Acropolis of Athens is currently managed with timed-entry single entry tickets that are issued in slots of 2 hours each.

Note that you HAVE to visit during the time slot on your ticket. You can arrive any time from 15 minutes before the start time of your slot to 15 minutes after.

As of April 2025, the convenient and cost-effective “combination ticket” is no longer available.

The combination ticket used to allow entry to the Acropolis as well as six other sites (Ancient Agora of Athens, Agora Romaine, Tempio Di Zeus Olimpio, Archaeological Site of the Lyceum of Aristotle, Hadrian’s Library, and Keramikos Archaeological Site) all for €30.

Now you have to buy individual tickets for each site online or at the ticket offices onsite, and the total cost adds up to a lot more.
